Care About Your Life
Without liking your life, you can not enjoy it and live fully. To like your life, you need to attend to it, pay attention to it, and as a result make it likable.

Below you find three challenges that you can face and also steps you can take.
Challenge #1. Lack of Self-Awareness
When you are not aware about your emotions and what causes them, you do not notice how different situations and experiences affect you. Because if you do not notice, you cannot fully experience your life and cannot initiate any change. Be aware about your feelings because they are your guides points to live a fulfilling life. Emotions are not bad or good, they are just signals about necessary actions that might be required from you. Pleasant emotions tell you that everything is good. You can focus on your activities and be relaxed. Unpleasant emotions signal you that your environment has changed. In this case, you need to take some actions or pay attention to something important in your life.
Some emotions can be hard to face, because of their connection to past traumatic or other unpleasant experiences. It is important to learn how to tolerate intense emotions and situations that trigger them. To develop that skill, it’s sometimes required to seek a help from a professional such as a counsellor or therapist. Challenge #2. Ignoring or Not Knowing Your Likes and Dislikes
Think or better write down what you like and dislike in different areas of your life. Knowing this information about yourself you will be able to separate your wishes from desires of other people, who can place them on you. You will also better understand how to bring more of what you like in your life. And, of course, you will be aware of what is preventing you from living the life you like.
There are two ways to deal with things you do not like: change them or accept them for now if it is something that you currently cannot change. Accepting does not mean that you should have positive attitude towards them. Accepting simply means that you can be with something that you do not like. You give it space. Letting it be helps to move forward instead of being pulled back by it.
Challenge #3. Not Practicing Self-Care
To live a fulfilling life, you need to practice self-care. Firstly, stop having weak boundaries and giving in. Learn assertive skills and practice them regularly to improve your ability to protect your boundaries. If you are not being assertive in some situation, you can easily slip into living life you do not enjoy. It is also important to consciously implement things that you like in your life.
Remember the list of "Likes and Dislikes" from the second challenge? Self-care is about implementing things you like - nourishing activities - in your daily life. They might not just happen if you do not plan them. So, put nourishing activities in your schedule and plan them in advance.
